    흑차의 산지인 안화는 고대에는 '매산'으로 불렸으며 후난 중부 북쪽, 쯔수이 상류, 설봉산맥 북쪽에 위치하고 있습니다. 안화는 지형이 다양하며 서쪽은 높고 동쪽은 낮으며 산들이 겹겹으로 이어져 있으며 하천은 종횡으로 교차합니다. 해발 1,000미터 이상의 봉우리가 60개 이상 있고 5km 이상의 계곡은 170개 이상입니다. 언덕과 평지가 흩어져 있고 계곡이 발달되어 있으며 수계 밀도가 높습니다.

    안화는 빙적암(冰積岩, tillite) 위에 만들어진 토양 위에 있는데, 빙적암은 빙하 퇴적물로 형성된 암석을 말합니다. 이 빙적암은 회갈색 또는 암갈색으로 모래와 돌 또는 기타 작은 생물 화석이 섞여 있습니다. 안화 빙적암에서 자연적으로 자라는 차밭의 토양은 대부분 판셰일 풍화발육토로, 투과성이 좋고 유기물과 각종 미네랄 영양소가 풍부하여 차나무가 튼튼하게 자랍니다.

    빙적암은 셀레늄 같은 다양한 광물질이 포함되어 있으며, 이 광물질들이 차 나무의 건강을 돕고, 차의 독특한 풍미를 형성하는 데 기여합니다.  토양에 포함되어 있는 다량의 미량원소와 미네랄이 차나무 뿌리에 흡수되어 차에 축적되며, 생산된 찻잎은 영양이 매우 풍부하고 잎은 탄력이 있으며 향긋합니다.

    노자는 "대장부는 후하게 처신하고, 박하게 처신하지 않으며, 사실대로 처신하면 화려하게 처신하지 않는다."라고 말했습니다. 도가의 이러한 미학적 추구는 흑차에서 완벽하게 해석되었으며, 흑차가 대중의 사랑을 받는 대상이 된 것은 놀라운 일이 아닙니다.

    Anhua, the place of origin of Dark tea, was called "Meishan" in ancient times and is located in the northern part of central Hunan, in the upper reaches of Zishui, and in the northern part of the Xuefeng Mountains. Anhua has diverse terrain, with high in the west and low in the east, mountains in layers, and rivers crisscrossing. There are more than 60 peaks over 1,000 meters above sea level, and more than 170 valleys over 5 kilometers. Hills and plains are scattered, valleys are developed, and the water system density is high.

    Anhua is located on soil formed on glacial tillite, which is a rock formed by glacial sediments. This glacial tillite is gray-brown or dark brown and is mixed with sand, stones, or other small fossils of living organisms. The soil of the tea fields that grow naturally on Anhua glacial tillite is mostly shale weathered soil, which has good permeability and is rich in organic matter and various mineral nutrients, allowing the tea trees to grow strongly.

    Tillite contains various minerals such as selenium, which help the health of tea trees and contribute to the formation of the unique flavor of tea. A large amount of trace elements and minerals contained in the soil are absorbed by the roots of the tea tree and accumulated in the tea, and the tea leaves produced are very nutritious, elastic, and fragrant.

    Lao Tzu said, "A great man acts generously, not stingily, and acts truthfully, not extravagantly." This aesthetic pursuit of Taoism was perfectly interpreted in Dark tea, and it is no wonder that Dark tea has become a popular object of public love.
