나만의 길을 찾자(Let's find our own way)

    경험은 과거에 얻은 것이고 세상은 항상 변하고 있으며 변화 속도는 점점 빨라지고 있다는 사실을 잊지 말자.

    조직을 운영하는 올바른 방법이 딱 하나 있다고 하더라도(아마 없을 테지만) 그게 무엇인지 정확하게 아는 사람은 아무도 없다. 당면한 과제와 개개인의 특이한 경험에 따라 조언은 얼마든지 달라진다. 그러니 스스로 길을 찾아야 한다.

 

    어떤 분야에서든 혁신을 이루려면 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 정복하고 싶다면 두 개의 전선에서 동시에 싸워서는 안 된다. 그런 행동에는 대가가 따르게 마련이다.

    조직을 만들고 운영하는 데 있어 유일무이한 정도(正道) 같은 것은 없다. 그러니 자기만의 길을 찾아야 한다. 

    문제가 있다는 것을 알아차린 사람은 많을지 모른다. 그러나 해결책을 찾을 준비가 되어 있거나 그럴 마음가짐을 가진 사람은 적다. '익은 과일'을 찾는 것은 시작에 불과하다. 그다음에는 '나무를 흔들어야' 한다.

    Let's not forget that experience is gained in the past and the world is changing all the time and the pace of change is getting faster.

    No one knows exactly what it is even if there is only one correct way to run an organization (though there probably isn't). Advice varies greatly depending on the task at hand and the individual's unique experience. So find your own way.

    Innovation in any field requires a lot of effort. If you want to conquer, you shouldn't fight on two fronts at the same time. Such actions come at a cost.

    There is no such thing as the only right way to create and operate an organization. So you have to find your own way. 

    Many may have noticed that there is a problem. However, fewer people are ready or ready to find a solution. Finding a 'ripe fruit' is just the beginning. Then you have to 'shake the tree'.
